A Survey on Blockchain-Based Trust Management for Internet of Things

چکیده

Internet of Things (IoT) aims to create a vast network with billions things that can seamlessly and exchange data, establishing intelligent interactions between people objects around them. It is characterized openness, heterogeneity, dynamicity, which inevitably introduce severe security, privacy, trust issues hinder the widespread application IoT. Trust management (TM) holds great promise in identifying malicious nodes, maintaining relationships, enhancing system security. Traditional TM systems (TMSs) be classified into centralized, semi-centralized, distributed ones, all three suffer from critical challenges thus are not sufficient for facilitating IoT development. Blockchain, as disruptive technology, help addressing IoT, thanks its advanced features, such decentralization, consistency, tamper-proofing. As result, blockchain-based (BC-TM) has been extensively studied recent years achieve decentralized However, it still lacks comprehensive survey on current state arts. To fill this gap, article, we conduct serious BC-TM We first propose set evaluation criteria should met by TMS Then, taxonomy TMSs continue thorough review employing proposed criteria. In end, based review, series open identified, future research directions suggested.

A Novel Trust Management Model in the Social Internet of Things

The Internet of Things (IoT) and social networking integration, create a new concept named Social Internet of Things (SIoT) according to which the things are able to autonomously establish social relationships with regard to the owners. Things in SIoT operate according to a service-oriented architecture. There may be misbehaving owners and consequently misbehaving devices that can perform harmf...

A Survey of Anomaly Detection Approaches in Internet of Things

Internet of Things is an ever-growing network of heterogeneous and constraint nodes which are connected to each other and the Internet. Security plays an important role in such networks. Experience has proved that encryption and authentication are not enough for the security of networks and an Intrusion Detection System is required to detect and to prevent attacks from malicious nodes. In this ...

A survey of trust computation models for service management in internet of things systems

In this paper we survey trust computation models for Internet of things (IoT) systems for the purpose of service management, i.e., whether or not to select an IoT device as a service provider. Future IoT systems will connect the physical world into cyberspace everywhere and everything via billions of smart objects, and are expected to have a high economic impact. To date there is little work on...
